ང་ནི་ཁེར་རྐྱང་དུ་སུན་སྣང་གི་གྲིབ་མ་དང་མཉམ་དུ་་་་་་

འོན་ཀྱང་། 

ངའི་བསམ་བློ་འདིར་སྙན་ངག་གི་གཤོག་པ་ཐོགས་ཤིང་།

གོ་ལ་འདིའི་ཁྱོན་ཡོངས་སུ་འཕུར་གྱིན་ཡོད་པ་ཤེས་སམ།

ཁྱེད་ཚོའི་ཚོར་སྣང་དུའམ་བསམ་ཚུལ་དུ།

ང་ནི་གློག་ཀླད་དང་ཁ་པར་གྱིས་བཏགས་པའི་ཀླད་སྟོང་ཞིག

ངའི་སེམས་པ་འདི་ཡཱོཁཱུརེཎ་དང་ཨུ་རུ་སུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་གཡུལ་སའི་ཤི་གསོན་གྱི་དམར་འཛིང་དང་། 

དེ་ལས་འཛག་བཞིན་པའི་ཁྲག་ཐིགས་རེ་རེ་དང་འབྲེལ་འདུག་པ་ཚོར་རམ།

Am I alone? alone with the shade of boredom?

However,

My heart rides on the wings of poetry,

Did you know I fly across the planet?

How do you feel or think?

Think I'm just a brain tethered to a computer and phone?

However,

My heart aches for the deadly battle between Ukraine and Russia!

Do you understand that I feel every drop of blood from both of them on every nerve?

在你的心里或在你的眼里，

我是孤独的吗？

认为独自一人带着无聊的阴影吗？

然而，

我的心乘着诗歌的翅膀，

你知道我飞过整个星球吗？

你有什么感觉或想法？

认为我只是一个拴在电脑和手机上的大脑吗？

然而，

我为乌克兰和俄罗斯之间的死战而心痛！

你明白吗？我的每一根神经都能感受到他们双方的每一滴血！
